At the gourmet hotel Ganis Resort in the Dolomites in South Tyrol, this is how we start the day. Choose your breakfast of choice and help yourself from our buffet according to your heart’s desire. In addition, regional cheeses, delicious egg dishes and much more, always freshly prepared and individually selected – here everybody can be sure to find the perfect favourite breakfast and you will finally start the day in peace.
Enjoy a real cappuccino, latte macchiato or espresso that deserves its name. Not from a completely automatic machine, but handmade with a lot of love using our Cimbali espresso machine.
A colourful selection of regional and biological delicacies, from vegetarian, gluten-free to vegan alternatives, are available for you at the Ganis Resort. In addition, there is fresh bread from the local baker, homemade muesli creations, as well as various sweet and savoury treats freshly made and prepared with love by our kitchen team.
Tea specialties, freshly squeezed revitalizing juices and genuine Italian coffee – freshly ground and prepared with great skill by our baristas using the original Cimbali espresso machine – complete our gourmet breakfast at our hotel in the Dolomites.

No matter when you want to start the day, our Ganis breakfast is served from 7:30 am to 11:00 am.
Insider tip: In summer, breakfast on our garden terrace with wonderful sunshine, birdsong and panoramic view of the Rosengarten is a little highlight. And if, in winter, you prefer to be already on the slopes in the morning, you can also enjoy your breakfast after the first winding descents thanks to the Ganis Board Plus in one of our restaurants in the ski area.
