With the Ganis Board Plus you will experience your holiday in an individual and unique way. Without stress and without limits, we invite you to enjoy your holiday in the hotel and our 2 restaurants in the Eggental Valley in the skiing and hiking area Latemar – Obereggen.
Deutschnofen | In our restaurant we serve you our chef’s delicious creations made from the best seasonal products, fresh fruit and vegetables from local farms, as well as homemade pasta and sweet treats. Exquisite preparations of freshwater and sea fish, classic South Tyrolean specialities and spicy mediterranean cuisine leave nothing to be desired. We will be happy to advise you on choosing the perfect bottle from our carefully cultivated wine cellar for your gourmet dinner.
Our kitchen at the Gourmethotel Ganis Resort is open all day for our guests: from 07:30 in the morning until 22:00 in the evening.
From 07:30 am to 11:00 am our guests start the day with a rich breakfast with many local and organic products.
From 19:00 to 21:00 we spoil you with our Ganis gourmet menu. You can choose what you prefer at the table and do not need to decide in the morning whether you want to eat in the hotel restaurant or not.
From 12:00 to 18:00 you can choose from our small menu.
Decide for yourself where you would prefer to enjoy your culinary delights: in our dining room with a magnificent view of the Rosengarten, in our cosy Kaminstube with the fireplace, in the new Ganis Bistro, on our panoramic terrace or in your room.
Predazzo | Experience mediterranean flair with the Riviera Lounge at an altitude of 1,700m. According to the style of the Gardoné, a hot stone tagliata accompanied by a good glass of wine is exactly the way to do it. A light and tasty aperitif with grilled prawns and a glass of Bruno Paillard champagne are another good alternative to enjoy the day on the sun terrace – including a magnificent view of the Lagorai group and the Dolomites.
Pampeago | The highest beer garden in the Dolomites would be nothing without its hearty veal shanks on a spit with crispy potatoes and a pint of original South Tyrolean Forst beer. And for dessert, the typical apricot and plum dumplings are an absolute musthave. The Ganischgeralm is located in the middle of the skiing and hiking area and is a popular and easily accessible destination both in summer and winter.
