With the Gardoné, our mountain hut in the Dolomites, the basis for a new concept on the mountain has been laid. The “Mountain Riviera” with its large terrace, almost reminiscent of a ship’s deck, is a hideaway for guests who appreciate design and lifestyle, combined with fine dining, lounging and a unique view of the “mountain Riviera” of the Lagorai mountain range.

Eat surprisingly differently

Specialties of the local and Mediterranean cuisine served at 1,700 m above sea level with a twist. Let yourself be spoiled in every way on the Gardoné. From the popular prawns to a fine beefsteak tartare or a Fiorentina steak served on a hot stone plate. Here you will find one thing above all: refined dishes that you wouldn’t expect in the middle of the mountains.

The perfect meal also requires the right wine. In our wine cellar you will find selected labels from South Tyrol, Italy and Austria that leave nothing to be desired. For special occasions we also have exclusive rarities ready for you. After a meal, a fine digestif or a cleverly combined gin and tonic should not be missing.

Ganis Mountain Riviera

An “aperitivo” on the Gardoné at the foot of the Latemar in Val di Fiemme is more than just a must. The outdoor bar and Bruno Paillard Lounge are the ideal meeting place for a relaxed aperitif with your friends and a panoramic view. Chilled lounge furniture, cool music from our DJ’s, tasty appetizers and fine aperitifs will make the time stand still here.

How to get to Gardoné:

The Gardoné is located at 1,700 m at the mountain station of the Predazzo cable car at the foot of the Latemar, directly at the entrance to the ski and hiking area Latemar – Obereggen.

In winter you can reach us from Obereggen, Pampeago or Predazzo on skis via the slopes of the Ski Center Latemar – Obereggen. Without skis you can easily reach us from Predazzo with the gondola lift “Stalimen”.

In summer, various hiking trails lead from Obereggen, Pampeago or Predazzo to the Gardoné. Also, for mountain bikers the Gardoné is a popular destination and the ideal stop on the tour around the Latemar, one of the most popular mountain bike tours of the destination.

Our Heart and Soul: the Ganis Resort

The Gardoné is part of the Ganis World – a world of hospitality whose heart and soul is the new Ganis Resort in Nova Ponente. Together, two alpine lodges and the hotel create a unique holiday experience that blends genuine alpine character with modern comfort.
