Every year in October, classic car fever rises in the Eggental Valley. Because it’s that time of year again: countless classic car enthusiasts and rally fans are gathering at the Ganis Resort for the most entertaining classic car rally in the Dolomites in South Tyrol – the Eggentaler Herbst Classic. For 3 days, precious vehicles will drive through South Tyrol’s unique landscape, fascinating mountain passes, and at very special locations in the middle of the Dolomites. And all this on a wonderfully colorful autumn backdrop.
The Pichler family of the Ganis Resort in the Eggental Valley organizes and plans the whole event from A to Z with a lot of passion, dedication and now more than 20 years of experience.
First of all, the sporting competition and the prospect of important prizes, but also the great fun give value to this classic car rally in the Dolomites in South Tyrol. In addition, the family character is particularly important for the organizer Klaus Pichler. Exquisite culinary highlights and entertaining side and evening events round off the rally and make the Eggentaler Herbst Classic what it is: a unique event in the heart of the South Tyrolean Alps.

Programme & tours
With the Eggentaler Herbst Classic over the most beautiful mountain passes in the world and on wonderful country roads to hidden secret places in Trentino – South Tyrol and Veneto. During this classic car tour and rally in the Dolomites, wonderful panoramic views and unforgettable experiences await you – and all this during the most beautiful and peaceful season of the year in our region.
However, the Eggentaler Herbst Classic does not only want to impress with the beautiful, autumnal colourful nature. The entertainment programme also leaves little to be desired: together we celebrate over 3 days with different theme evenings at the most entertaining rally in the Alps.
Here you can find the programme for the 20th edition of the EHC 2025 including the routes. There may be further changes. The new programme for 2026 will be published on this website during the summer months.
Guided experience tour through the Bletterbach Geopark, taking you right into millions of years of Earth’s history, accompanied by our certified hiking guide and geologist Ernst.
Enjoy a convivial get-together even before the start of the rally with old friends and meet new ones – at the welcome aperitif with the Pichler family, delicious finger food, and wines from a local winemaker.
The somewhat different sporting challenge at the EHC: once again, the small but fine EHC Golf Tournament will take place on tuesday at the Golf Club Petersberg. Afterwards, aperitif and award ceremony, in the evening at Ganis Resort with “Piano e Vino”.
